As a partnership with limited professional liability (mbB), we are obliged under § 51a para. 1 and 2 BRAO to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance coverage of EUR 2,500,000 for each insured event and a maximum payment for all losses caused within an insurance year of at least the amount of the minimum insurance coverage multiplied by the number of partners, but at least four times the amount of the minimum insurance coverage, i.e. EUR 10,000,000.
